Sentencing Documentaries - An Ongoing Project

One of RLF’s ongoing projects is a series of sentencing documentaries produced for criminal sentencing hearings.  Working alongside public defenders, we tell the stories that are not heard in court or on the news, stories about the lives of convicts before they were labeled as criminals. The documentaries aid judges in determining the sentences, and shed light on the circumstances that turn fathers, daughters, and lovers into criminals.
